• 8:30 AM — Coffee, networking and laptop setup.
• 9:00 AM — Join Andy Moran live as he walks everyone through building an AI agent from scratch. Build along on your own laptop, or simply watch and learn if you prefer.
• 11:10 AM — Stay afterwards for a hands-on Q&A with Harley Trung, where we'll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and discuss how to adapt what you've learned to your own business.
• 12:00 PM — Wrap up and continue the conversation with other founders.
