Running from January 18 to February 7, Jumpstart offers three weeks of hands-on, practical virtual learning designed to help our members grow both professionally and personally. This edition will feature three exciting lab experiences: • The Agentic Business Lab – Discover how AI is evolving from a productivity tool into an autonomous teammate. Participants will learn how to design AI-powered workflows, teams, and business processes that increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and prepare their organizations for the next generation of intelligent work. • The Adaptive Strategy Lab – Learn practical frameworks for making better strategic decisions in a rapidly changing world. Participants will explore how to identify emerging trends, evaluate opportunities, and build organizations that can continually adapt and thrive. • The Customer Experience Lab – This lab explores the principles behind one of the world’s most admired customer experience organizations. Participants will learn how to design intentional customer journeys, create memorable experiences, and build a service culture that drives long-term loyalty. With no travel, no cost, and live sessions offered twice to accommodate global time zones, Jumpstart continues to be one of the most accessible and impactful ways for members to gain practical tools, connect with peers worldwide, and unlock even more value from their EO membership. To make participation even more inclusive, simultaneous interpretation will be available in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and Japanese.
