About this event
On Friday 18 September, EO Vietnam hosts an intimate, members-only afternoon with Rhonda Ross, the Emmy-nominated actress, Grammy-nominated songwriter, mindset coach and Brown University graduate, in Ho Chi Minh City.
Rhonda teaches Emotional Sovereignty. Through her Tune Your Inner Voice method, she uses the neuroscience of music to help you hear the voice in your own head and work with it, so it stops running you. The method is a five-step process that culminates in creating a Songtra, a song and mantra combined, that speaks directly to the nervous system and interrupts a stress spiral before it takes the rest of the day with it. It is interactive from start to finish, and the topics come from the room.
The tailoring is built around the room, much of it in the moment. Closer to the day we send a short questionnaire, a few questions tuned to what is alive for you right then, and Rhonda works with what the room brings that afternoon.
This is a small room by design, the kind where you get to talk to the speaker. The programme runs as one continuous session from 3:00 to 5:00, and free flow drinks follow from 5:30.
Walk away with:
- A method for interrupting a stress spiral in real time
- Language for the patterns that cost you most: perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-responsibility
- Live practice with the room, so you leave having used it
