Lam is the founder of Senspark. Senspark is the studio behind BombCrypto, the #1 NFT game on the BNB Chain, with around one million daily active users. Lam and Senspark next aim to build a decentralized metaverse gateway via NFT games.
Can you explain your business to those that are not familiar?
Senspark has developed the top #1 NFT game on BNB Chain called BombCrypto, with around one million daily active users. We aim to build a decentralized metaverse gateway via NFT games.
Prior to NFT games, Senspark was proud to be an indie game studio with over 10 years of experience in game development, operations, and management. We have published many successful mobile game titles with a total of >100M downloads.
Recently we’ve rebranded our legacy company to Senspark Zero, focusing on traditional and casual mobile games, with most of Zero actively focusing on new business. We have also incorporated a new NFT gaming business called Senspark One, which is located in Singapore, in the hopes that it will help the business grow more quickly with long-term plans on crypto.
And our third company is Senspark Two, which is a subsidiary company of Senspark One and specializes in developing NFT games in Vietnam.

Where do you see your business in 5 years?
We will continue to complete BombCrypto’s full functionality and features as it is our very first NFT project, so we want to make sure it is well taken care of and thoroughly developed.
Right now we are in the process of building a decentralized web3 game-based metaverse. This is an enhanced digital space for Bomb Crypto, Senspark’s upcoming new games, and our partner’s games, as well as some other features and services. There is no doubt that traditional games are a big market, and easy for most people to download and play. We currently have more than 40 traditional mobile games in the Senspark app store and in the next few years we will consider converting them into NFT games to join our web3 game-based platform.
Our goal is to bring more talent on board, expand the team to a much larger scale, build more successful NFT games, integrate more features into our metaverse, connect with as many partners as we possibly can, and reach many more users across the globe, especially those in Europe, North America, South Asia, and beyond.
What can we learn about your industry that otherwise people might not know about?
We have transitioned from the traditional mobile gaming industry to blockchain gaming which is a very promising and fast-growing market with so much potential, yet many people still don’t really know and understand it.
Blockchain has created new opportunities for virtual economies – including game economies, and it has become an alternative monetization route in gaming. With this new technology, game players no longer just play games for fun and to kill time, they can now make money while having fun playing games.
The potential of blockchain in gaming is far beyond virtual economies: Real ownership. Blockchain-based games enable players to have real ownership and full control over their in-game assets. These assets are typically represented by unique non-fungible tokens (aka NFTs).
What makes your business successful?
As the Founder and CEO of Senspark for more than a decade, I understand the challenges of leading a team towards success and maintaining its development from day one. I personally have a strong educational background in computer science and engineering with many awards, many years of working in the field, and leading the team through its ups and downs, which helps me deeply understand different aspects of game development, technology, products, marketing, operation, and management. Of course, Senspark couldn’t have achieved its success without the hard work and unity of a strong team, especially the leadership team of more than 10 years in the game industry and many years working together.
We, as individuals as well as a team, always strive to learn and to grow, so we have constantly been researching new knowledge and information on new technology and applying it into our games. That’s why we could capture NFT games trend so quickly to build BombCrypto.
What have been some of your biggest accomplishments throughout your career?
I transitioned from a rural province of Vietnam to Ho Chi Minh City for university, then built a new life here and grew globally.
I have also grown from a tech and programming geek to knowing many other specialties, as well as becoming a business owner.
Bringing my business from a trivial company to a fast-growing company in the newest tech world, the web3 world, that is.
What are your main responsibilities within your business? Which aspects do you love the most?
Honestly, I have to do many aspects of my business which have both advantages and disadvantages. The aspects that I love the most are product strategy and coaching staff; but if we grow bigger, I have to find or coach more highly skilled staff to delegate tasks.
Who is your hero and how have they left a mark on you?
Wide range of heroes
- From tech: Bill Gates had a huge influence on me when I was young. He also inspired many young people of my generation to learn about technology and start building companies.
There are also Steve Jobs and Elon musk, from whom I learned how to get ambitious to build great products and have high goals and vision.
- From others: As in the EO new member event, I mentioned the Viking king - Ragnar Lothbrok - the main character in the movie The Vikings, where I learned about the journey to brave a new world as well as Great Khan, a great conqueror from the east. Another hero of mine is Buddha - from whom I learned to know the original factors of Buddhism to make myself stable and to find the answers to many of the questions that I have struggled with.
What was your biggest inspiration to start your own business?
My background is in computer science and engineering. I started my company 10 years ago because I wanted to develop my own products, but now my passion is to build a company that has a good impact on other people and the community.
What are you looking forward to in EO?
I think about these factors when joining EO:
- To have the networking of company owners/leaders to share and learn knowledge and experience when doing business because the journey of building a company is quite lonely.
- To find quick answers to my short-term questions.
- To be a part of a higher quality group.
In your first few months in EO what has been the most memorable experience?
- EO is a very well-organized group.
- Seems to be a long-term group to join.
- Everyone is open to sharing helpful information.
What is your biggest goal for this year?
- Finish series A fundraising for my NFT company.
- Recruit some key people.
- Grow company metrics 100%.
- Restructure family activities and habits.
